Bookings Policy

Individuals and Families

We ask that you pay the total cost when booking your room.

Cancelling a Booking Llety Arall will provide a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the first day of your visit.

Groups/Organisations

When making a booking 4 weeks prior to the first day of your stay, we ask that you pay 20% of the total cost.

If you book within 4 weeks of your stay you must pay the total cost when booking.

A booking will not be confirmed until the deposit/total payment has been received.

Cancelling a Booking If you need to cancel a booking because of unforseen circumstances, we ask that you inform us immediately. If we are unable to re-book the room then we reserve the right to raise the cancellation fees as follows:

28 days (and over) before the first day of the visit – the deposit of 20% of the total costs

Between 15 – 27 days prior to the visit – 50% of the total cost

1 – 14 days before the visit – 100% of the total cost

Letting times

All bookings are minimum 1 night stay and 2 night stays during high season, with the exception of specific bookings agreed by Llety Arall in advance.

Usually, rooms are available from 4.00pm on arrival day to 10.00am on checkout day. We ask that you respect these time frames to allow us time to clean and prepare the room for the next visitor.  However, we will aim to be flexible where this is possible.

Visitors are encouraged to contact Llety Arall Cyf before hand to discuss arrival times. After 5pm, a Llety Arall Cyf representative will meet visitors at a mutually agreed time.

Personal Property/Accidents

We do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal property or personal accident during your stay at Llety Arall.

Pets

As a rule, pets are not allowed.
